Another round of Good Goods! This month’s round up is a compilation of things currently on my wishlist so I can’t necessarily attest to whether they’re actually good. Feel free to check out my other Good Goods boards here. I try to limit my “materialistic” posts here on my blog and really try to share only the things that really catch my eye. Enjoy!
- Korres Pomegranate Cleansing Wipes: Sometimes when I’m laying in bed (and have no energy to wash my face), I wish that I had these to feed my laziness.
- Kate Spade’s Gold Coast Janine (for my MacBook Pro): I’m currently using a bag that’s a lot more casual/practical but this one is gorgeous (and pricey).
- EatSmart Precision Pro kitchen scale: A lot of the gluten-free/grain-free recipes that I use measure weight vs amount. They utilize ratios too.
- Moroccan Oil hairspray: I’ve heard nothing but good things about this stuff. I just ran out of hairspray so I feel like I should be able to pick up a bottle (right?).
- World Cuisine Vegetable Slicer: Think of how many zucchini noodles I could make!
- Pencil Satchel: Um, amazing.
Has anything caught your eye lately? This last month of my spending freeze is going to be tough. When the weather starts changing, I get an itch to update my wardrobe for the season. I’m going to use this month to carefully craft a list of things I really NEED for autumn and actually invest in quality pieces when October 1st rolls around.

I ALWAYS have face wipes by my bed. They are a serious must for me. I like having a clean face and don’t always have the energy to do it. These sound awesome, I use Simple brand but always looking for new options.
Yes!! So glad to hear that I’m not the only one who gets lazy like that!
Very nice post!
I’m fall in love with this sweater! :)
*fell not fall :P
Oh my gosh I love that!!! Thanks for sharing!
I’m the same way with face wipes – I can’t stand going to sleep with makeup on but once I’m in bed, I don’t want to get out. I recently read that a lot of makeup artists use baby wipes instead of the more pricey face brands. So, I thought… why not try them. I spent $1.50 {they were the nice ones, too!}… and honestly, best thing I’ve ever used on my skin. It gets so clean, doesn’t dry out, and actually feels like I washed my face with something high quality. Who knew?!
Wow that’s great to know! I guess it makes sense – and good for sensitive skin. Thanks for sharing, lady!
Oh my, I am completely in love with that laptop bag. I am getting a new computer soon, so I’ve been swooning over it too! I’ve been eyeing that Moroccan Oil recently too! Great minds think alike ;)
xoxo,
Joelle
I am too!! I just don’t think I could shell out the cash. I’m frugal but I also love style. Currently looking for something similar that is more affordable. Let me know if you find anything! Ah and I can’t believe we both have wanted that hairspray. I almost bought it on Amazon today but it didn’t fall under Prime so I passed.
I have the spiral slicer and love it! It’s great for zucchini noodles and making homemade spiral sweet potato or baked french fries. I’ve also spiraled apples with it.
I’m so glad you love it! I’ll feel better about making the purchase. I can’t wait to make all of those delicious things.
I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news, but you really need that bag. I had so many cheapie laptop bags and when I finally splurged on a Menilmontant this year, a client told me one thing that totally resonates with me, “You need to look like you make money in order to make money”. Ever since then, I’ve had a bit more word of mouth clients than online and I swear it’s the bag. Plus I’ll have it for decades and it’ll never go out of style so I don’t feel as gulity. GET THE BAG. :P
Best bad news ever :) I totally know what you mean, though. It’s something worth investing in (as are my nails, hair, clothes) when I meet with clients who can pay well. YOU ARE SO WISE, DIANA!
