I was perusing the Interwebs for some floral inspiration and realized that when done well, it can be a really beautiful thing. Growing up painting and drawing, I always had people ask me on the spot, “Hey draw something right now….on this napkin!” And I’d be thinking in my head, “What should I draw?” And for some reason trees and flowers were the ONLY thing that popped into my head. “Trees and flowers? Really?” I would think to myself. If only I had known that flowers can come in various forms, colors, and interpretations.
Clockwise: Floral Ampersand from Blooming Leopold, Wallpaper found on Design Love Fest, Invitations from Mitchell and Dent, and a pretty photograph/source unknown.

As a new, and when I say new, I mean WAY new photographer, you are such an inspiration for me. I see that creativity can really speak for itself and simplicity can be so powerful. Because of you I have upgraded to a heavy purse and carry my camera everywhere. Seriously…slowly developing my photographers eye. And by your blog I see that I can express myself without sooooomannnnnnyWORDS lol. Love it. YAY
